Who provides Lenori

Lenori is provided by DS Entertainment LLC. These terms cover this website, lenoriapp.com, and Lenori-specific service information published here.

Your licence to the app

The Lenori iOS application is licensed, not sold, and is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA):

The Standard EULA governs your use of the app itself. These website terms apply to this site and to Lenori-specific information published here, to the extent they are not inconsistent with the Standard EULA. Where the two differ on the licence to use the app, the Standard EULA governs.

Purchases and subscriptions

Any purchase is processed through the App Store by Apple. DS Entertainment LLC does not process payments and does not receive your payment details.

Premium access may be offered through monthly, annual and lifetime in-app purchases. Prices and terms are shown in the App Store, in your own currency, before you confirm anything.

• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. DS Entertainment LLC cannot issue, approve or refuse a refund.

What "lifetime" means. A lifetime purchase grants access for the supported lifetime of the product and its associated service, subject to Apple's applicable rules. It is not a promise of access for the lifetime of the purchaser.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create in Lenori. DS Entertainment LLC claims no ownership of it and no licence to it. How it is stored and synchronised is described in the Privacy Policy.

Using Lenori lawfully

You are responsible for using Lenori lawfully and for the content you put into it.

What Lenori is

Lenori is a planning and habit-support application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing in it should be relied on for those purposes. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.

Intellectual property

Lenori, its name, its artwork, its icons and this website are the property of DS Entertainment LLC and remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

Changes

Lenori and these terms may change. A revised version will be posted here with a new last-updated date.
